Today email has become one of the most important forms of communication available. It enables users to send information and attachments such as documents and photos at a time convenient to both them and to you.

It is now easier than ever to have your own unique email addresses. Why have peter_smith231@hotmail.co.uk when you could have peter.smith@yourcompanyname.co.uk . We can supply you a managed domain name of your choice (you can check availability here) or you may already own your domain name in which case we can easily assist you in pointing it to our email servers.

Email is stored on servers ready for when you want to collect it. There are three main types of email, HTTP – Web based email such as Hotmail, POP – This down loads to your PC / Laptop and then deletes of the server, IMAP – kept on the server and viewed using both a web page and in your chosen email program such as Outlook.

IMAP email is also compatible with many mobile phones. Our email packages are PUSH technology capable. This means that if your phone supports it, as soon as an email is received on the servers it pushes it straight to your phone so there is no need for you to keep manually connecting and checking.

We provide both POP & IMAP email. If you only want to check your email in one place on one PC then POP is fine for your needs. However if you want to be able to check your email from any internet PC / Laptop with a browser and your own PC / Laptop, a web cafe or mobile phone then IMAP would be the choice for you.

The cost is the same for either type. Please note you will need to purchase a domain name to accompany your email package.
