When you purchase either a Website design or Web Hosting with us you will receive support for the term of your hosting agreement. There are five ways in which you can contact us. Either Phone, Text, email, Contact Form or our Helpdesk Ticket System.
By far the best way to contact us is by using the Helpdesk Ticket System. It will enable us to collect the relevant information needed to best assist you and reply to you as soon as we have actioned your request. You will also receive a job reference number (ticket) via email as soon as we receive the enquiry.
